Can I have different subscriptions?
Yes. For example, you can subscribe separately for Premium Articles and Market Signals, or if you have a Market Signals subscription, you can subscribe for the books. Different subscriptions can be added at any time.
I do not want to receive notifications by email. What can I do?
Just contact us and we will disable notifications for your email address.
I forgot my password and/or username. What can I do to retrieve them?
If you forgot your password, only click here to reset it. If you forgot your username, contact us.
How can I download a receipt for my payment?
Click here to download a pdf with your receipt after you log in.
Can I change from one subscription level to another?
Yes but only if your original subscription is included in the new one. For example, if you have a subscription for Premium Articles, you can subscribe for All-in-One signals that include Premium Articles, and we will adjust the expiration date after taking into account the time remaining in your original subscription. Contact us after you subscribe so we can make the necessary changes to your account.
I subscribed but I changed my mind. Can I get my money back?
Sorry but there are no refunds for subscriptions because all previous content becomes immediately available.
Do I get access to previous premium content for Premium Articles, Premium Insights and Market Signals?
Yes, you can access all previous articles that are available on our website. Look for details of how to access previous articles in Members Area.
Can I get the code for the indicators used in premium articles?
No, code is not available for free but some indicators are described in Traders Education articles.
Do you offer trials?
No we do not, because as soon as you subscribe, you have full access to all premium content for your subscription level, current and past.
